***The occupancy licensed for this home is 6 people over the age of 5, as per Franklin County Law. If the law is broken there are consequences to the guest.
"Please note- the home does require a non-refundable $500 deposit which is applied to the reservation balance . All monies due 90 days before. There are no refunds within 90 days or for the $500 outside of the 90 day period. We highly suggest you purchase trip insurance."

Things to Bring :
More toilet paper, more trash bags, more paper towels, any Kleenex you prefer , hand disinfectant, and lake towels. Due to several recalls on certain products, it is safer for each family to bring what they prefer in products.
We do start you with a trash bag, toilet paper, and paper towel roll, dish soap and dishwasher soap. We are the only company that even provides this on this lake.
If you need to add more to your stay there is a charge for us to bring some to you , or you can shop locally, there is plenty of every product.
